Health should be of huge importance to everyone, taking care of yourself should always come first because only when capable of properly caring for yourself can you truly care for others.

Today on volts vault we would be looking at the many health factors that can keep an average man/woman constantly healthy and can increase their life expectancy. Now the facts will be there but it's your decision to take the advice or not. Asides wanting to life longer, in hard times like this  the last thing you want to spend money on are health bills unless necessary. So take my advice and learn to treat yourself better.

First of all a lack of exercise is now causing as many deaths as smoking across the world. Exercising is one of the best things you can do for your body. Not only does it keep you fit, it also increases your life expectancy and reduces stress.

Also Farting helps reduce high blood pressure and is good for your health. My advice, fart as much as possible after all it's better out than in. Don't become a nuisance with it tho...

And my personal favorite, Laughing 100 times is equivalent to 15 minutes of exercise on a stationary bicycle. Now because laughing is the easiest thing to do, I suggest for those on the more lazy side of life to laugh as much as possible.

Next is something that has become a global problem causing the death of many people around the world. Over 30% of cancer could be prevented by avoiding tobacco and alcohol, having a healthy diet and physical activity. Honestly it's as easy as that.

As opposed to what people would like to think or what they usually say, A scientist cracked his knuckles on one hand for over 50 years to prove it did not cause Arthritis. So cracking knuckles never killed anyone, you can crack em as much as you want.

Here's a basic cheat code for slimming down. You can burn 20% more fat by exercising in the morning on an empty stomach. It might be difficult but it is certainly more effective.

Now understanding that this is something many of us would like to deny, let's keep in mind the possibility. Women who use a hormonal form of birth control are more likely to be diagnosed with depression compared to those who don't. It's better safe than sorry...

Anther thing is People who regularly eat dinner or breakfast in restaurants double their risk of becoming obese. Face it, restaurants don't really care how much fat is going to your system, their primary goal is to ensure you like the food and keep coming for more. 

1 Can of Soda a day increases your chances of getting type 2 diabetes by 22%. This is coming as a sad news to me but it's true. Soda do a lot of harm to your body, the more you take it the more harm it causes. So please for those who are obsessed with it like me, learn to reduce how you take it till you eventually stop taking it.
